Trained Over Months For Required Physique: Diljit Dosanjh

  • Trained Over Months For Required Physique: Diljit Dosanjh
Actor Diljit Dosanjh, who left his fans in awe after a photograph of his chiselled body surfaced, says he had to undergo months of intensive training to get the "required physique".

Diljit, who will be seen on screen in "Sardaarji 2", reached out to Ranbir Kapoor's trainer Pradeep Bhatia, who willingly trained Diljit to achieve a rippled body.

Bhatia spent six months to train Diljit for a well-sculpted body.

"It took a lot of hard work for me to train over months to get the physique we required on screen. I would train for hours a day because we had a deadline to meet and it was a lot of intense training," Diljit said in a statement.

Diljit is glad that it happened.

"I trained under Pradeep who is known to have trained some great actors. I'm glad the hard work and all the gruesome hours have paid off and people have liked the new look," he added.

"Sardaarji 2" is directed by Rohit Jugraj and produced by While Hill Productions. Slated to release on June 24, the film also has Sonam Bajwa and Monica Gill playing important roles.
