Tabu wants to do an action film now

Darpan News Desk IANS, 12 Feb, 2016 12:59 PM
  • Tabu wants to do an action film now
Versatile actress Tabu, who has explored multiple genres in filmdom, is now craving to do a full-fledged action film.

"I want to do an action film now. I want to do an entertaining commercial action film. Let's see... I have not got any interesting script which has high level action scenes. I hope I get to do something out of the box," Tabu told IANS.

The actress says that while most films these days are high on content, her priorities are different at this point of time.

"These days content is good, but it also has to be with a good director who knows his job. I have to trust the director. Fortunately, nowadays so much content is being written... almost everything is high on content, but it also has to match other things... Like it also has to be supported by a good producer and studio," added the actress.

"My priorities are different now. Now, I have to be part of good projects. No point in doing content driven films which are difficult to release," she added.

Tabu’s latest release is “Fitoor”, directed by Abhishek Kapoor and produced by Siddharth Roy Kapur under the UTV Motion Pictures banner.
