Sumona Chakraborty 'Marries' Yuvraj Singh On Tv Show

Darpan News Desk IANS, 20 Sep, 2016 01:32 PM
Star cricketer Yuvraj Singh, who will be seen on "The Kapil Sharma Show" alongside his fiancee Hazel Keech, got a surprise on the popular comedy show after he accidentally got married to actress Sumona Chakraborty.

Sumona, who plays Sarla in the show came with an agenda to get married to Yuvraj. The marriage happened even before Yuvraj could figure it out.

"The entire moment was hilarious. When Dr. Mashoor Gulati (Sunil Grover) saw Yuvraj in Kapil's house, he invited him to inaugurate an MRI machine in his hospital. And when Yuvraj accepted his offer, he asked Sumona to welcome Yuvraj by exchanging garlands," said a source from the set.

"Kapil took objection to this, but Sarla somehow managed and even before Yuvraj knew she started behaving as his wife," the source added.

Sunil, who plays Sarla's father in the show, also forced Yuvraj to marry his daughter.

"Sunil asked Yuvraj to do all the marriage rituals," the source said.

The episode of "The Kapil Sharma Show" featuring Yuvraj and Hazel will be aired on Saturday on Sony Entertainment Television.
