  • Stars Flock At Yrf Studio For 'Dil Dhadakne Do' Screening
Yash Raj Films studio hosted a special screening of Zoya Akhtar’s forthcoming family drama “Dil Dhadakne Do” here, with celebrities like Deepika Padukone, Kanagana Ranaut, Preity Zinta, Vidhu Vinod Chopra and Madhur Bhandarkar gracing the occasion.
 
The film, which stars Farhan, Anil Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Priyanka Chopra, Anushka Sharma and Shefali Shah, is about a dysfunctional Punjabi family and how they discover love and friendship during a cruise across the Mediterranean.
 
Many known faces from Bollywood, including actors, actress, directors and producers, attended the special screening.
 
Besides Deepika, Kanagana, Preity, Chopra and Bhandarkar, there were also Imran Khan, Rahul Bose, Sheefali Shah, Chunkey Pandey, Ashutosh Gowarikar, Diya Mira, Imtiaz Ali, Kunal Kapoor, Homi Adjania, Anaita Adjania, Reema Kagti, Zoya Akhtar, Javed Akhtar, Nafisa Ali and Divya Kumar Khosla among many others.
 
Everyone appreciated the movie and its concept, but Nafisa Ali was the only one who couldn’t hold her excitement.
 
She literally jumped out of her car window and said, “Two thumbs up. It is a very good movie, it will do very good business.”
 
“Dil Dhadanke Do”, opens in theater on June 5.
