  • Shabana Azmi Off To Ahmedabad For 'Kaifi Aur Main'
Veteran actress-social activist Shabana Azmi jetted off to Ahmedabad on Saturday for a play "Kaifi Aur Main". 
 
The 64-year-old actress took to micro-blogging website Twitter to share the news with her fans and well-wishers.
 
"Off to Ahmedabad for show of Kaifi Aur Main this eve. Am going to stuff my face with yummy Gujju khana," Shabana tweeted on Saturday.
 
Directed by Ramesh Talwar, "Kaifi Aur Main" is a play based on renowned Urdu poet and film lyricist Kaifi Azmi's life and works, seen through the eyes of his wife - noted theatre and film actress, Shaukat Kaifi. 
 
It has been brought to life by Kaifi Azmi's daughter Shabana Azmi and son-in-law Javed Akhtar.
