Shaan helping 'The Voice India' winner to shift to Mumbai

  • Shaan helping 'The Voice India' winner to shift to Mumbai
Uttarakhand-based Pawandeep Rajan, who won the singing reality show "The Voice India" under the guidance of coach Shaan, is being helped by the Bollywood singer to relocate to Mumbai from his native place, to learn singing from him and start a career in Bollywood.
 
"Pawandeep has proved what a great singer he is and he deserves to be right here. I have always believed in helping real and deserving talent so I am going to do every bit I can to see him settled here," Shaan, who was seen as a coach on the &TV show along with Himesh Reshammiya, Sunidhi Chauhan and Mika Singh, said in a statement.
 
On his part, Pawandeep still cannot believe that he won the show. 
 
"The next most important step for me was to move here, which would have been so difficult. But Shaan is proving to be really godsend for me. I can’t thank him enough for being so supportive,” he said.
 
“The Voice India” was an Indian version of the internationally acclaimed reality format “The Voice”.
