Selena Gomez will go on a world tour next year in support of her new album "Revival".
 
The 23-year-old announced the tour in a video on Instagram, reports aceshowbiz.com.
 
In the clip taken in her hotel room, Gomez says in front of the camera: "I am launching my 'Revival' world tour. I will be going through the US and Canada from May to July and then later in the year going overseas." 
 
She captioned the video with a link to a new website featuring a countdown that will end on Monday, with the revelation of the tour dates. 
 
"Revival", marking Gomez's first album since leaving the Disney-owned Hollywood Records, is due to be out on October 9. It has so far spawned singles "Good for you" and "Same old love".
