Sanjay Dutt Should Now Follow Gandhigiri: Shatrughan Sinha

    Mumbai, Feb 28 (IANS) Shatrughan Sinha is happy for actor Sanjay Dutt, who returned home following his jail term, and the actor-turned-politician says Sanjay should "now follow Gandhigiri", which he preached in the 2006 film "Lage Raho Munna Bhai".
     
    Shatrughan took to Twitter, where he also mentioned that he is happy for his family and friends who were waiting for his release from the Yerwada Central Jail (YCJ) in Pune.
     
    "Sanjay Dutt should now follow Gandhigiri that he preached in Munnabhai MBBS. Happy for his family and friends who waited for him to be released," Shatrughan tweeted on Sunday.
     
     
    The "Loha" star also mentioned that he is happy for Sunil Dutt, the late father of the "Khalnayak" actor.
     
    "Relieved with release of Sanjay, a dear family friend. Feel happier for late and great Sunil Dutt a true Indian and a staunch nationalist," added the "Kalicharan" actor.
     
    Sanjay returned to his home in Mumbai on Thursday, finally ending 23 years of legal troubles that began when he was found with an assault rifle reportedly linked to the 1993 Mumbai blasts.
