  • Salman Khan And Not Shah Rukh Khan Was First Offered The Role Of A Dwarf?

Aanand was apparently keen to have Salman on board. But things didn’t materialise and it was being believed that the project had been shelved.

Shah Rukh Khan is all set to essay a dwarf in Aanand L Rai’s untitled film which also stars Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif. But the film was initially offered to Salman Khan, reports suggest.

According to a report in Bollywoodlife.com, originally attributed to DNA, Salman had agreed to do the film but initially he could spare dates for the film.

Aanand was apparently keen to have Salman on board. But things didn’t materialise and it was being believed that the project had been shelved.

Then, talking about Salman in the film, Rai had said, “The project was never shelved. Bhai is a busy man. We haven’t yet locked his dates. But he has heard the story and he liked it. He has okayed it.”

However, for reasons best known to the makers of the film, not Salman but Shah Rukh was finally signed for the project. But interestingly, Salman has a special appearance in the film. He has reportedly shot a song for the film which will also feature his BFF- SRK.
