Sacred Games 2 Delayed. Here's When The Netflix Series Is Expected To Release

Darpan News Desk IANS, 19 Jun, 2019 09:01 PM

Saif Ali Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui-starrer Sacred Games season one managed to receive great reviews last year.

The show, which is based on a book by Vikram Chandra, managed to leave viewers hooked with the story of Sartaj Singh and Ganesh Gaitonde. Post season one, fans are eagerly waiting for season 2.

The promo of season 2 was revealed in May and featured Nawazuddin, Saif, Ranveer Shorey, Kalki Koechlin and others.

However, fans might have to wait for a little longer for the second season. The latest buzz suggests that Sacred Games 2, which was about to release on June 28, has been postponed to August.

The makers wanted a considerable gap between two hit series. Also, the two lead actors are currently busy with their respective commitments.

Shares a source, “While Saif is shooting for his home production Jawani Jaaneman in London, Nawaz has allotted bulk dates to his brother’s directorial venture Bole Chudiyan.”
