Actor Rohit Roy says he shares a special bond with Anju Mahendroo, his first "screen mother" from "Swabhimaan".
 
"Some bonds are eternal... My first screen mother on TV! Love you Anju Ma.. 'Swabhimaan' Anju Mahendroo," Rohit tweeted along with a photograph featuring the two.
 
"Swabhimaan" was a popular soap opera of the 1990s. It was directed by Mahesh Bhatt, and scripted by Shobhaa De and Vinod Ranganath.
