Ranbir Kapoor-starrer 'Animal' to release in August 2023

Mumbai, Nov 19 (IANS) Filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga's upcoming directorial film 'Animal' starring Ranbir Kapoor is slated to have a worldwide release on August 11, 2023.
'Animal' was earlier slated to release on Dussehra 2022.
The film also stars Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol and Parineeti Chopra. 'Animal' marks Vanga's first association with Ranbir.
The crime drama film, 'Animal' is produced by Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar's T-Series, Pranay Reddy Vanga's Bhadrakali Pictures and Murad Khetani's Cine1 Studios.
The film marks Vanga's return as director after the 2017 Telugu blockbuster 'Arjun Reddy' and its equally popular Bollywood remake 'Kabir Singh'.
'Animal' is a gangster drama that revolves around the ever-changing nature of the relationship shared by the characters where the protagonist becomes like an animal in nature.
The filmmaker, who is seen as a judge in TV reality show 'Super Dancer Chapter 4' says that she has informed people around her to get tested. The filmmaker was shooting with co-judge Shilpa Shetty on Monday.
Deepika made her English language film debut as the female lead in 'XXX: The Return of Xander Cage', co-starring with Vin Diesel. In Bollywood, Deepika will be seen in Kabir Khan's '83, Shakun Batra's yet-untitled film, the Hindi remake of 'The Intern' with megastar Amitabh Bachchand and the actioner Hrithik Roshan
The film stars Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Keanu Reeves in prominent roles along with Carrie-Anne Moss, Jada Pinkett Smith, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Jonathan Groff, and Neil Patrick Harris.
The lyrics of the album 'Super Sitaara' have been penned by Sameer Anjaan. The veteran lyricist has given 90s super hit songs in films like 'Hum Hain Rahi Pyar Ke', 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai', 'Beta', 'Saajan', 'Coolie No. 1', 'Raja Hindustani', 'Dhadkan', 'Kabhie Khushi Kabhie Gham', and 'Devdas', to name a few.
The 30-year-old actor also has the film "Dhamaka" lined up, which is slated to release on an OTT platform. Kartik was in the news for his controversial exit from the Karan Johar-produced "Dostana 2".
