Rakhi Sawant Says ‘I Am Still Single’, Dismisses Wedding Rumours

Darpan News Desk IANS, 30 Jul, 2019 08:28 PM

On Monday morning, an entertainment web portal reported that actress Rakhi Sawant had secretly tied the knot to a non-resident Indian on July 28th at JW Marriott in Mumbai.

The 40-year-old actress preferred to keep the news of her wedding under wraps. Which is why instead of booking an entire hall, the actress got married in a hotel room in the presence of three-four guests.

However, Rakhi crushed these rumours after issuing a statement that she is still “very much single”. Rakhi explained that she was merely doing a bridal photoshoot in a five-star hotel.

Rakhi shared pictures from her photoshoot on Instagram. She wrote: ‘Bridel shooting’.

The actress was seen dressed in a white wedding gown, with a heavy veil, tiara and diamond jewellery. With mehendi and red chuda on her hands, Rakhi went all out for her photoshoot.

Last year, Rakhi made headlines when she alleged that she was set to marry Deepak Kalal. The couple even shared pictures of their invitation and also posted photos of their flight tickets for their wedding abroad.
