Prachi Desai Judges Talent Show In Kuwait

Darpan News Desk IANS, 22 Sep, 2015 11:23 AM
"Rock On!!" actress Prachi Desai co-judged the “Concierge Indo-Pak Talent Hunt Show 2015”, a platform for Indian and Pakistani expatriates in Kuwait to showcase their talent in various fields like modelling, music and drama.

Prachi, who judged the show on Sunday, was “thrilled” to see the talent of the contestants at the event. She was particularly impressed by the melodious voice of Baljit, a local restaurant employee.

"I was thrilled to see such good actors and singers. It was really difficult to judge who is the best,” Prachi said in a statement.

She was joined by Indian rapper Sukh-E Muzical Doctorz, and director Arsal Khan and producer Jibran Khan from Pakistan on the judging panel.

“I always wanted to do something big for Indo-Pak residents in Kuwait since they have huge talent and this is just the beginning,” said Omar Shawqat Ali, who organised the talent hunt show for the first time.

The names of the winners in the music, modelling and drama categories will be announced soon.
