PICS: Sushant Singh Rajput's Flab-To-Fab Transformation In 8 Weeks Will Leave You Stunned!

    Sushant Singh Rajput might have gained a bit of weight to look his part for MS Dhoni's biopic. But soon after finishing the film, he was on a weight loss spree. Along with the weight, he wanted to shed out those excess fat and flab from his body.
     
    And boy he's managed to do it. And do it so amazingly well. The actor who's currently shooting for his speed based action thriller Drive is looking perfectly in shape and has a drool worthy body.
     
    How did he manage to get it? His trainer Samee Ahmed explained his whole routine in a series of Instagram posts and we are stunned.

    He wrote, "We all need three Important things to achieve what we desire in life - Discipline, hard work and, before everything, commitment. It was Sushant's character that got him of bed at 5 am in the morning, his commitment that moved us into action for our daily workout, discipline that enabled him to follow through a fit and healthy lifestyle. Sleep for 5 hours, train insane for 2 hours, Long hectic 14-15 hours of shooting followed by IPL dance rehearsal for 2 hours.
     
    @sushantsinghrajput Followed his Passion, prepared himself to work hard and sacrificed his comfort zone because he doesn't limit his dreams."
