On Saeed Jaffrey's Second Death Anniversary, Anupam Kher Says He Misses The Actor

    Veteran actor Anupam Kher says late actor Saeed Jaffrey was a "fantastic human being and a great conversationalist".
     
    On Jaffrey's second death anniversary, Anupam said he missed the actor. 
     
    "One of the first international actors from India. Fantastic actor and human being. Great conversationalist. Miss you Saeed Bhai," Anupam tweeted. 
     
    Saeed, an India-born British actor, died in 2015 at age 86. He is known for his roles in movies like "Gandhi" (1982), "Shatranj Ke Khiladi" (1977), "Henna" (1991), "Masoom" (1983) and "Ram Teri Ganga Maili" (1985).
     
    Anupam and Saeed worked in films like "Chaalbaaz", "Dil" and "Deewana Mastana". 
     
    On the work front, Anupam will be seen in the upcoming film "The Accidental Prime Minister"
     
    It will star him as Manmohan Singh, the economist and politician who served as the Prime Minister from 2004 to 2014. The film is directed by Vijay Gutte and is based on the 2014 memoir of the same name by Sanjaya Baru.
