Not a professional singer, but love crooning: Rajeev Khandelwal

Darpan News Desk IANS, 14 Jul, 2016 02:20 PM
  • Not a professional singer, but love crooning: Rajeev Khandelwal
Actor Rajeev Khandelwal, who is all set to make his singing debut with forthcoming suspense thriller film “Fever”, says though he is not a professional singer, but he loves to croon songs.

Rajeev will record the promotional track “Teri yaad” on Friday.

“I am not a professional singer but I love singing like everyone does. But I am not even a half singer to be honest. So when my director Rajeev Jhaveri approached me to sing the promotional song 'Teri Yaad', I agreed to it albeit with some jitters,” Rajeev said in a statement.

“Tomorrow (Friday) I will be recording the song and to be honest I am a bit nervous. But I have done my bit of rehearsing with Rahul who will also be singing with me and I am hoping that the song turns out well,” he added.

The original song which will be played in the background in the film has been sung by Rahul Jain, who is also the music director of the film.

“Fever”, which also stars Gauahar Khan, Gemma Atkinson, Victor Banerjee and Caterina Murino, is slated to release on August 5.
