No Room For Difference Between Salman And Me: Sooraj Barjatya

Darpan News Desk IANS, 15 Oct, 2015 01:07 PM
  • No Room For Difference Between Salman And Me: Sooraj Barjatya
Filmmaker Sooraj Barjatya has denied reports that superstar Salman Khan wanted him to cut short some of the songs in their forthcoming family drama "Prem Ratan Dhan Payo" to reduce its timeline. He says there is “no room for any difference” between them.

There are reports that Salman was not happy with the length of the film and therefore asked Barjatya to cut short some of the songs as audiences will not love the film's length.

However, Barjatya says the news is “completely false” and the two have “immense love and respect for each other".

“I have no idea where these rumours are coming from. They are completely false. Salman bhai and I have immense love and respect for each other and there is no room for any difference. We are both very proud of the film we have made,” Barjatya said in a statement.

Salman and Barjatya, who are returning to the silver screen together after almost two decades, have worked in hit films “Maine Pyar Kiya”, “Hum Aapke Hain Koun..!” and “Hum Saath - Saath Hain”.

“Prem Ratan Dhan Payo”, which is slated to release on November 12, also stars Sonam Kapoor, Neil Nitin Mukesh and Anupam Kher.
