No great role has been offered to me: Farah Khan

IANS, 14 Sep, 2016 11:46 AM
  • No great role has been offered to me: Farah Khan
Choreographer-filmmaker Farah Khan, who is also known for her acting stint, says she is waiting for a great offer that excites her to come in front of the camera yet again.

Farah, known for making several big budget films, made her full-fledged debut in 2012 with "Shirin Farhad Ki Toh Nikal Padi" opposite actor Boman Irani. She also says she found the whole process irritating.

"To be honest, the process was irritating for me, and secondly, no great offer has come my way," Farah told IANS over phone from Mumbai.

Farah, who has made films like "Main Hoon Na" and "Happy New Year", shared her views with IANS when she became part of Ambi Pur India's Smelfie Challenge along with the brand's ambassador Boman.

The director also notes that people ask her about the part two of "Shirin Farhad Ki Toh Nikal Padi", but she has left the decision to the director and the producer. The film was directed by Bela Segal, and narrated story of a forty-plus couple in a light manner.

She said: "Today, when I have come to be a part of this event with Boman, every one is asking me about part two of our film. But that's not on us. The producer and director will think about it".
