Neil, Lata Mangeshkar Remember Mukesh On 92nd Birth Anniversary

On legendary singer Mukesh's 92nd birth anniversary on Wednesday, melody queen Lata Mangeshkar and his grandson Neil Nitin Mukesh paid tributes to him.
 
Neil said that being born as his grandson is the "kindest gift" to him.
 
"Having his name and being born as his grandson was God's Kindest gift to me. Remembering my Grandfather, Mukesh ji on his Birthday anniv today (sic)," Neil tweeted.
 
The "Johnny Gaddaar" star also tweeted a famous line from the movie "Mera Naam Joker" along with the late singer's photograph.
 
Lata, who collaborated with Mukesh in many songs, tweeted: "Namaskar. Aaj prasiddha gayak Mukesh bhaiyya ki 92 vi jayanti hai.Main unko sumananjali arpan karti hun. Hum dono' ka gaya hua mera pasandida geet aap sab ke liye. (Today is the 92nd birth anniversary of famous singer Mukesh bhaiyya. I pay my ode to him)." 
 
The 85-year-old also shared a link of the song "Sawan ka mahina pawan kare shor", a duet that she sang with Mukesh for the movie "Milan".
 
Mukesh Chand Mathur, better known as Mukesh, was famous as being the voice of legendary actor Raj Kapoor.
