Nandish Sandhu Wouldn't Cheat On Anyone, Says Friend

Darpan News Desk IANS, 05 Jan, 2016 11:21 AM
DJ Gouri -- a common friend of actors Nandish Sandhu and Rashami Desai -- who is said to be a reason for trouble in their paradise, says Nandish "wouldn’t cheat on anyone".

Nandish and Rashami have filed for divorce.

“I have immense respect for both Nandish and Rashami. Nandish and I are old friends and we share a great bond and have known each other since his 'Uttaran' days. Nandish is a very dignified man and I have known him for the last six years and I know that he wouldn’t cheat on anyone,” Gouri, who is one of the women apart from former Miss India Ankita Shorey to be linked to Nandish, said in a statement.

Nandish, who has appeared in TV shows like “Kasturi”, “Uttaran” and “Beintehaan”, himself clarified in a statement that he is “not dating anyone currently".

Gouri said: “I wonder why Rashami has not spoken up so far and said anything when such baseless rumours are circulating. I would have expected her to speak up for Nandish and clear the air.”

Nandish and Rashami got married in February 2012, but their marriage was soon beset by troubles. Even though they tried reconciling several times, and were also seen in shows like "Nach Baliye" and "Khatron Ke Khiladi - Darr Ka Blockbuster Returns", things didn't work out. They finally decided to part ways.
