Actress Mallika Sherawat says she has incorporated yoga in her life as she is a “yoga addict”. 
 
The 38-year-old took to micro-blogging website Twitter to talk about her inclination towards the ancient Indian practice, which not only brings physical fitness 
 
but mental wellness into life too. 
 
"Yoga teacher is here, I am a yoga addict, love Iyengar yoga," the "Dirty Politics" actress tweeted on Saturday.
 
The actress, who went to the 68th Cannes International Film Festival this year, is credited with films like “Murder” and “Pyaar Ke Side Effects”.
