Makers of Ammy Virk-starrer 'Puaada' excited about its overseas release

Mumbai, Aug 6 (IANS) With the upcoming Punjabi film 'Puaada' releasing not only in theatres in India, but also in Canada, the US and the UK, the producers of the film are excited as cinegoers are showing interest to watch the film on the big screen.
Directed by debutant filmmaker Rupinder Chahal and produced by Atul Bhalla, Pawan Gill, Anurag Singh, Aman Gill and Balwinder Singh Janjua, the film will be released worldwide by Zee Studios on August 12.
Pawan Gill, one of the producers of the film, said, "As a producer, it's very encouraging to know that the audience is waiting to get back into the cinemas for a good, popcorn entertainment fare. When we learnt about plans of opening advance booking for the film in Canada, the US and the UK, it made us happy, especially after the hard work we put in to release the film and get the audience back into the cinemas.
"So it's very encouraging to know that the audience is eager to see Ammy Virk and Sonam Bajwa in 'Puaada', not just in India, but overseas as well."
Famous Bollywood actress and global beauty Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and her daughter Aaradhya Bachchan have been discharged from hospital after testing negative for Covid-19.
After self quarantining at home due to testing positive with the coronavirus Actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and her daughter, Aaradhya, have been admitted to the Nanavati hospital. Both of them have developed breathlessness.
After sharing the news on Twitter that Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan has COVID-19 and his son Abhishek Bachchan has also tested positive Covid-19, now the Bachan Khandan's Bahu Aishwarya Rai and the family's grandaughter Aaradhya Bachchan have also tested positive for the virus. Bachchan senior's wife Jaya, their daughter, Shweta Nanda and her two kids have all tested negative for the coronavirus.
Veteran actor Anupam Kher took to Twitter to share that his family which includes his mother Dulari, brother Raju, sister-in-law Rima and niece Vrinda have tested positive for coronavirus.
Bollywood's legend actor, Amitabh Bachchan and his son Abhishek Bachchan have both tested positive for COVID-19. Senior Bachchan was rushed to hospital Saturday night around 10pm when he experienced breathing problems.
Some sad news out of Bollywood, another death following the recent death of Rishi Kapoor, Irrfan Khan, Sushant Singh Rajput, and Saroj Khan actor Jagdeep best known for comedic roles passed away on Wednesday in Mumbai.
