  • Mahesh Bhatt has taken charge of my campaign: Ravi Kishan
Bhojpuri star Ravi Kishan, who will contest Lok Sabha election as a Congress candidate from his hometown of Jaunpur in Uttar Pradesh, says filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt is his guiding light during the electoral battle.

"Mahesh Bhatt saab has taken charge of my entire campaign. He is my mentor for the elections," said Ravi. He is deciding all my campaign moves. I can't begin to thank him enough for his support," said Ravi.

He has a whole lot of support in the Mumbai film industry.

"There are others in Mumbai who are reaching out and will be campaigning for me. I want them to come here, see the enthusiasm of the young for my candidature. The youth of the area see me as their hope. It's a big responsibility. But I am confident I am up to it," he said.
