After Bollywood celebrities like Amitabh Bachchan and Madhuri Dixit who have received legal notice for endorsing Maggi noodles, actress Preity Zinta has landed into legal trouble.
 
The "Salaam Namaste" actress who endorsed Maggi noodles 12 years ago seemed a little confused took to Twitter on Wednesday to express her disbelief over the issue.
 
"Reading the news about me being sued for doing the Maggi commercial over 12 years ago? 12 years ago? How does that happen?" Preity tweeted.
 
A case has been registered against Nestle India in a local court in Barabanki in Uttar Pradesh by food regulator FSDA (Food Safety and Drug Administration), after they found monosodium glutamate or MSG and lead in excess of the prescribed limit in Maggi samples they tested.
