Finally, we have more details of the period drama film ‘Kalank’. The makers of the film just dropped its 2:12 minutes trailer and it will leave you with so many questions.

Directed by Abhishek Varman and produced by Karan Johar, ‘Kalank’, the impressive multi-starrer film, brings Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, Aditya Roy Kapur, Sonakshi Sinha, Madhuri Dixit and Sanjay Dutt on the same screen.

The trailer shows a love triangle between Alia, Varun and Aditya.
Alia's character marries Aditya, who is already married to Sonakshi. However, Alia develops a bond with Varun too, but tells him: "Shaadi-shuda hoon main."

At the end of the trailer, Alia and Varun get separated. Alia is seen with Aditya, on a train as fire rages in the background.

The trailer shows Kunal Kemu playing a pivotal role in the film. Kriti Sanon is also seen performing a dance number in the trailer.

Apart from trailer and the teaser of the film, Kalank's makers also released three songs of the film—Ghar More Pardesiya, First Class and the film's title track.

Conceptualised by producer Karan Johar and his late father Yash Johar almost 15 years ago, 'Kalank' is an epic'drama set in the 1940s.
