Irrfan Not Fretting Over Box Office Clash With Big B

Darpan News Desk IANS, 18 May, 2016 11:32 AM
  • Irrfan Not Fretting Over Box Office Clash With Big B
Irrfan Khan is not fretting over the box office clash of his film “Madaari” with megastar Amitabh Bachchan's “TE3N”. The actor says there's “a large number of audience base” to cater to both the movies.

Irrfan, who has not only made a mark in Bollywood but also internationally, will be back on the silver screen with his own production “Madaari”, which explores a father-son relationship.

On the other hand, "TE3N" is the emotionally explosive journey of three people who find their fates intertwined in their quest for justice and redemption. Both the films will release on June 10.

Expressing his respect towards his “Piku” co-star, Irrfan said he has grown up watching his work.

“They are very big and senior people, I have grown up watching their films. We have a large number of audience base, which should be enough to cater to both the films," Irrfan said in a statement.

Directed by Nishikant Kamat, "Madaari" also features Jimmy Shergill in a pivotal role.

Set in Kolkata, "TE3N" also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Vidya Balan.
