Actor Irrfan Khan's Facebook account was hacked earlier in the day on Wednesday, but it has now been restored, according to sources.
 
Irrfan, who is currently shooting in remote areas of Jaisalmer was unaware of the fact that his account on the social media had been hacked.
 
“After noticing irregular random posts on Irrfan's Facebook page, his team immediately restored the settings before any damage was caused by the hacker,” said a statement.
 
Earlier this year, social media accounts of actors Amitabh Bachchan and Shahid Kapoor were also hacked, but later restored.
