In PICS: Kapil Sharma Confirms Wife Ginni Chatrath's Pregnancy. Couple Leaves For Babymoon

Darpan News Desk IANS, 25 Jul, 2019 09:02 PM

Kapil Sharma, who is currently entertaining everyone with the second season of ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’, has taken a break from work.

Kapil is off to Canada with his better half, Ginni Chatrath for their baby moon.

The couple was spotted at the Mumbai airport late Tuesday night.

The comedian confirmed the news of Ginni's pregnancy in an interview with Mumbai Mirror, wherein he said that he and Ginni are "very excited" to welcome the new member to their family.

He said: "I just want to take care of my wife and be by her side for now. We are obviously very excited as it's our first kid but my mother is the most excited. She has been waiting for this moment for years now. We are just praying for Ginni and the baby's health."

Kapil, who was very excited about the big news, said that it is a "happy time" for their family and added, “There is no prep because we don't know if it would be a boy or girl. It's a happy time for the family and everybody is looking forward to welcome the new member," he says dismissively before quipping: "I am dubbing for a film for children. So, once the baby grows up, it will pay off," he grins.
