Kareena Kapoor Khan says she's still a "baby" when it comes to acting as she is a "director's actor".
 
The 35-year-old actress' next film is R. Balki's directorial "Ki and Ka", and this is the first time that she has worked with the acclaimed filmmaker.
 
Asked about the preparations she did for the film, the actress said: "I am a director's actor. I work best with amazing directors and work really badly with bad directors. I am an instinctive person and my director has to take me through that road. I am still a baby."
 
The actress spoke at the trailer launch of "Ki and Ka" here on Monday.
 
Balki, who was present there too, interrupted and said: "It's all rubbish... She is a fabulous actor, and she is possibly the finest actor that industry has produced. She doesn't do the normal preparation... She understands the script better than anybody else. All I have to do is to give her a nod. All great actors say that I am director's actor."
 
In the film, Kareena plays the character of Kia, an ambitious and a career-oriented woman.
 
On the other hand, Arjun Kapoor plays the character of Kabir, an IIT graduate and a house husband who has grown up wanting to be like his mother and not like his father.
 
Veteran actors Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan also have a special appearance in the film.
 
Asked if he considers the "Paa" actor his lucky mascot, Balki said: "I don't think he will be happy if I call him a mascot. He is Amitabh Bachchan, he is the greatest actor. You will see him in this film in a special appearance."
