Celebrity mom and actor Karisma Kapoor says she was a quiet child and so are her two children.

"I had never troubled my mother. I used to be a quiet child and likewise my children (daughter, Samaira and her younger son Kiaan) do not trouble me at all. They are very well-behaved children," she said at an food brand promotion event here on Tuesday.

Being a working mother, the "Raja Hindustani" actress is conscious about the importance of healthy eating for the children, while holding that "Mom stands for master of multitasking".

"So having said that I am a multitasking woman and mother who juggles between work and family, it's is very important for us to find easy and quick solution which must be healthy for our children and family. "

"Today's generation, they know their mind. With so much activity and so many things, they have to do every day, we need to make food interesting for them. Eating out has become very popular for this reason. We have to maintain their interest in home-cooked food. That is what the main objective is - to try to prevent children from eating outside food," the 41-year-old added.

Karisma, who gave Bollywood hits like "Dil Toh Pagal Hai", and "Biwi No. 1", withdrew herself from Bollywood after she got married. She returned to movies in Vikram Bhatt's 2012 film "Dangerous Ishhq".
