I experiment with home remedies for skin: Jacqueline

Darpan News Desk IANS, 03 Oct, 2014 10:54 AM
  • I experiment with home remedies for skin: Jacqueline
Actress Jacqueline Fernandez is blessed with flawless skin and she gives credit to home remedies especially curd and honey.

“When it comes to my skin, I experiment with a lot of home remedies. I often use dahi (curd) and honey in a pack to cool and soothe my face,” the former beauty queen told IANS during her recent visit to the capital.

“I also use ice packs for my face and eyes. I wrap ice cubes in thin muslin or tissue and then place them gently on cheeks and eyes,” she added.

Jacqueline, who is also the brand ambassador of The Body Shop, was here to unveil the festive collection of Britain's retail house and give scholarship to 10 NGO kids on behalf of the brand.

Giving an insight to her perfect body, she said: “Take care of yourself by eating right, sleeping right and exercising regularly! These are the only rules I swear by. If you follow this religiously and use the right products, your skin and hair will thank you.”

“I am very particular about cleansing. I believe in clean skin and using a good cleanser, toner and moisturiser,” added the actress who was recently seen in Salman Khan-starrer “Kick”.

Her future projects include “Roy” with Ranbir Kapoor.
