Actor Dhanush, who is married to superstar Rajinikanth's daughter Aishwarya, says he is still trying to impress his wife.
 
Asked how he managed to impress the superstar and his daughter, Dhanush said: "To impress Rajinikanth, you just have to be honest and simple, and I am still trying to impress Aishwarya."
 
However, Dhanush says his wife is proud that he has a huge fan following.
 
"She is very happy and she is very proud...," he said.
 
Dhanush, who will be next seen sharing screen-space with Amitabh Bachchan in "Shamitabh", says it was a learning experience to work with the megastar.
 
"We firstly met in an award function and ater that we met on sets. He made me very comfortable. It was a great adventure and learning experience working with him," he said.
 
Directed by R. Balki "Shamitabh" also features Akshara Haasan.
