How 'Udta Punjab' Changed Alia's Perspective

IANS, 16 Dec, 2016 12:06 PM
Versatile actress Alia Bhatt says playing a victim of drug abuse in "Udta Punjab" earlier this year, helped in changing her outlook.

"With 'Udta Punjab', I was meant to feel like an animal when I was held captive in a small room. And to know that there are a majority of people who are feeling that way, it does change your perspective, but it also makes you feel bad because there is nothing you can do about it," she said on CNN-News18 Bollywood Roundtable.

The round-table also included actresses Vidya Balan, Sonam Kapoor, Radhika Apte and Anushka Sharma.
