Focus On 'Kasrat' For Healthy Lifestyle, Says Jacky Bhagnani

Darpan News Desk IANS, 29 Dec, 2016 10:38 PM
Actor-producer Jackky Bhagnani, who has launched "Kasrat" -- a new fitness video which will be shown in schools of Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) -- says it is a way to promote a healthy lifestyle.

"Kasrat (exercise) is (part of a) lifestyle. It is just like me waking up in the morning, brushing my teeth, taking a bath... just like that, we have to make kasrat our lifestyle," Jackky said here.

The 30-minute routine video "Kasrat" is to enhance the physical training curriculum and is aimed at children in the age group of 13 to 16 years.

"When I was in school, I was fat and I had no guidance, but now I want kids to have guidance. You know, there is so much anger and frustration in our lives, so wouldn't it be better to take all that out in 'kasrat' rather than on someone else. Be positive -- that is the whole intention of 'Kasrat'," added Jackky, who found support for the endeavour from Aditya Thackeray.
