  • Farhan Akhtar set for 'Sounds of Freedom'
Actor-filmmaker Farhan Akhtar will enthrall music lovers at the Sounds of Freedom (SOF) concert here March 3.
 
SOF is a concert produced by Teamwork Arts - a highly versatile entertainment company, with roots in the performing arts, social action and the corporate world.
 
The concert is a celebration of the freedom of creative expression, through music, live performances and a coming together of young people to share their ideas on social inclusion.
 
#SOF aims to reaffirm the importance of imagination, creativity and standing up for a cause, of sustaining and enriching conversations around the right to democracy, freedom to be, to choose to live freely without fear of discrimination. 
 
Farhan will be joined by Madboy/Mink, Raghu Dixit Project, Tritha and more artists at Amity University, read a statement.
 
Sounds of Freedom is partnering with UN Women to highlight the issues of gender equality and women empowerment, enlisting supporters for the HeForShe Campaign.
