Every Man Should Wish For A Daughter: Shahid Kapoor

Darpan News Desk IANS, 08 Dec, 2017 12:07 PM
Actor Shahid Kapoor says every man should wish for a daughter.

"I am thankful and grateful that I have a daughter Misha in my life. Every man should wish for a daughter as what a daughter can do for a father, I don't think anybody else can do it," the actor said on the sidelines of an awards show here.

He added: "I remember I was at IIFA and Mira was expecting. So, I was with Farhan (Akhtar) and I asked him, 'You are a father yourself. Tell me all about it?' and he told me, 'Shahid, no word that I say will justify the feeling you will get when you become a father. Just experience it.'

"He was right. It is an amazing feeling."

The latest picture which has surfaced will definitely make you go 'aww'. Shahid-Mira's bundle of joy was snapped taking her baby steps (with a little help from mommy) while on a day out that made for a perfect shot!

The toddler will soon celebrate her first birthday with family in the USA. Reportedly, there were rumours about Mira planning for a second baby before she considers entering into the film industry. Talking about Shahid Kapoor, the handsome hunk is currently shooting for his next, 'Padmavati'.

Misha was born to Shahid and Mira in August last year.
