Events In India Are Larger Than Life: Lauren Gottlieb

Darpan News Desk IANS, 22 Sep, 2015 11:23 AM
Dancer-actress Lauren Gottlieb believes that events in India have much bigger turnout than anywhere else in the world.

"I think events here in India are larger than life. The people who come to the events, the way events are glamorized is much bigger than abroad. I think we get a much bigger turnout here than anywhere else," Lauren said at the EEMAX awards here.

"I have been doing many wonderful events since I landed in India. I am a performer and an artist, so I love doing events," the American dancer added.

Lauren, who made her presence felt with her beauty and dancing prowess in Remo D'Souza's "ABCD" franchise, says "it's too cool" to see her fans at events.

"It's too cool to see your fans when you're out. When you are on set, there are only 200 people but once you step out you get to see so many fans you have. So many people are watching you. There is nothing like it," she added.

Lauren, who is one of the judges on "Jhalak Dikhla Jaa Reloaded", will next be seen acting in Punjabi film "Ambarsariya" opposite Diljit Dosanjh.
