Elijah Wood keen to know more about India

Darpan News Desk IANS, 07 Sep, 2015 11:31 AM
Film producer Guneet Monga, who hosted a party for Hollywood actor Elijah Wood here, says he is very keen to know about India.

“It was great fun to host Elijah Wood, who is super humble, down to earth and very keen to know more about India. We had a blast. I am happy my guest had a good time as well,” Monga, who has co-produced films like "The Lunchbox" and "Masaan", said in a statement.

Some of the guests present at the parties were actors Abhay Deol, Ali Fazal, Aditi Roa Hydari and director Ayan Mukherjee. "Masaan" actors Richa Chadha, Shweta Tripathi and Vicky Kaushal were also present.

Elijah, who is one-half of DJ Duo Wooden Wisdom, was seen enjoying the music party -- gorging on some Indian starters besides mingling with the guests at the party.

The international star is currently on a debut India visit with Zach Cowie. They have performed in Mumbai, Delhi and Hyderabad.
