Internet singing sensation Dhinchak Pooja’s videos have been deleted from Youtube after alleged copyright violation but here’s why social media is hailing ‘Kathappa’ this time.
She was so bad, she was good. Or at least that's what those who shared her videos say.
But suddenly much of Indian internet sensation Dhinchak Pooja's considerable body of work has been wiped off her channel, prompting celebration.
Her YouTube page only displays one of her videos, and among those missing is her hit Selfie Maine Leli Aaj (I have taken a selfie today) which had 20 million views.
There is no clarity over what happened.
According to reports, her videos were taken off YouTube after a user ‘Kathappa Singh’ allegedly reported her songs for copyright violation. Her latest video ‘Dilon ka shooter’, which she came up with after ‘public demand’ is still out there, though.
While it is unclear who this Kathappa is, the ‘Bahubali’ namesake is already being hailed as a saviour on social media sites, with some even invoking Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s promised ‘Achhe din’ slogan to drive home the moment of solace.

Indians have finally forgiven Kathappa for killing Bahubali because Kathappa (Singh) made Dhinchak Pooja delete all her videos.
