  • 'Dil Dhadakne Do' Team To Promote Film At IPL Final
The team of “Dil Dhadakne Do” (DDD) will be cheering for their favourite team at the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2015 final at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata on Sunday.

It will be a star-studded match with the presence of actors like Farhan Akhtar, Anil Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Anushka Sharma and Shefali Shah.

Filmmaker Zoya Akhtar and producer Ritesh Sidhwani will also be attending the match between Chennai Super Kings and Mumbai Indians.

With the city promotion of DDD beginning on Sunday, the makers have selected Kolkata as their first destination. During the planning of the city visits, the makers made it a point to include a visit to Kolkata to be able to watch the match there, read a statement.

In fact, the actors have already picked their teams and planned to support it through thick and thin.

“The entire team is quite excited to watch the match live. They have already picked sides and decided between Mumbai and Chennai what team they would be cheering for,” the film's spokesperson said.

"Dil Dhadakne Do" is about a dysfunctional Punjabi family on a cruise across the Mediterranean, and how they discover love and friendship during their vacation.

The film, which also stars Priyanka Chopra, will release on June 5. However, Priyanka will not be able to attend the match.
