Darpan News Desk IANS, 22 Dec, 2016 01:07 PM
Deepika Padukone has been proving the popular wisdom that models can't act wrong for a while now. She hasn't had a bad review in years and is particularly admired for her work in films like Piku and Bajirao Mastani.

She owes this not just to her talent but also to sheer hard work. Deepika, who was a very successful model before switching careers, did her homework before becoming an actor.

An old photograph of the 32-year-old star from her days at Anupam Kher's school Actor Prepares has gone viral and it seems to be a perfect day for it because it is throwback Thursday.

In the picture, a kohl-eyed Deepika Padukone smiles for the camera as she poses with one of her batchmates, dressed in an institute monogram tee. Deepika graduated from the institute with a diploma in 2006. The same year, she made her debut in Kannada film Aishwarya.
