  • Deepika Padukone And Irrfan Khan's Mafia Flick To Roll Out Next Year?
Bollywood stunner Deepika Padukone and her 'Piku' co-star Irrfan Khan have joined forces one more time and will be seen together in Vishal Bhardwaj's production soon.

Just as it has been reported that the respective film will be based on the life of mafia queen Rahima Khan aka Sapna Didi where Irrfan plays her love interest and a local goon, other detail about the flick has been revealed. Irrfan will be seen playing the gangster who helps her in plotting to eliminate don, Dawood Ibrahim.

According to Mumbai Mirror, the Sapna Didi film will be rolled out in January next year after Deepika's 'Padmavati'. The lead actors along with director Honey Trehan, Vishal Bhardwaj and co-producer Prernaa Arora held a discussion recently related to the film.

The report quotes a source as saying, “The team had been meaning to meet for a while now. Since Deepika wasn’t shooting for Padmavati and Irrfan is in town, they decided to gather on Tuesday to discuss the script, how their characters would shape up and their looks.”

The prep work for the film will begin only after 'Padmavati' wraps up shoot and Irrfan too completes his own other work commitment reportedly.
