Mumbai, Sep 21 (IANS) The debut film of Palak Tiwari, daughter of celebrated TV actress Shweta Tiwari - 'Rosie: The Saffron Chapter' - will be released in October, confirms the producer of the film Prerna V. Arora.
Speaking about the release of the film, producer Prerna said, "We are happy to announce that 'Rosie' will be releasing this October. The film is based on a real-life incident that happened in Noida and our main focus in this film is about 'Akal Mrityu' and the effects they have on the family and friends. The teasers released already gave the audience a peek into the story and the response to them was mindblowing. We can't wait to see how the audience reacts to the film."
The film is a spooky horror love story shot in various locations in India, including Pune, Lucknow and other cities.
The film also features Arbaaz Khan, Tanishaa Mukerji and the film is directed by Vishal Ranjan Mishra.
Revealing details of her character in the series, Rashami said: "The name of my character is Palak who is an independent, fearless and strong minded woman. Since college only they knew each other and apparently the guy was in love with her and then she fell in love with him."
Kundra, through senior advocate Abad Ponda, had filed a separate petition in the Bombay High Court challenging his arrest, which he contended was 'illegal', and appealed to quash all the orders of the Metropolitan Magistrate Court remanding him to police and then judicial custody.
Advocate Vikas Singh battled for an injunction however the judge said no relief was granted to Sushant Singh Rajput and hence the film is ready for release.
Kundra -- husband of Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty, was produced before a Mumbai court which declined the prosecution plea for extending his police custody by another seven days.
