Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas were spotted meeting fans today at the Festival de Cannes 2019, giving us major couple goals.

For her second stint, Priyanka was spotted wearing a plunging neckline ice blue gown, cinched together with a gorgeous corset lace belt.
