Bruce Jenner Is Brave: Boy George

Darpan News Desk, 12 Apr, 2015 02:10 PM
  • Bruce Jenner Is Brave: Boy George
Singer Boy George thinks former athlete and TV personality Bruce Jenner is "very brave" for undergoing a gender transition.

Bruce is reportedly having gender reassignment surgery and the “Karma Chameleon” hitmaker says he is "quite emotional" about the former's decision,

reports people.com.

“I absolutely applaud what he's doing and I think it's very brave. And it actually makes me quite emotional,” George said.

“He has my 150 percent support in every way. I think that the whole transgender thing is the new frontier,” he added.

George, 53, also said that the 65-year-old former Olympian's appearance on “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” has helped people to accept Bruce's choice

to become a woman.

He said: “You see people on TV and you feel like you have a relationship with them because they're in your house, they're in your living room every day, and

you feel close to them.

"I think maybe in that respect, people have been able to get know him and get to know the family."
