'Brahmastra Part 2' to have Deepika-Ranveer and Alia-Ranbir in the same film?

Mumbai, Aug 23 (IANS) Even before Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt-starrer 'Brahmastra Part 1' has hit the screens, the second installment of the film is making a buzz with the rumour that star couple Ranveer Singh and his actress wife Deepika Padukone would headline the cast, along with the Part 1 pair.
According to Bollywood Hungama, a source said: "No doubt, it will be a casting coup if Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Deepika Padukone, and Ranveer Singh are in one film! However, it will be important to maintain that each have integral parts.
"As for their roles, Alia and Ranbir will be seen as their respective characters from Part 1, and will have stories that run parallel to each other."
The source according to the portal added that "filmmaker Ayan Mukherji is making a big ticket franchise that will be interlinked and actors will be seen playing cameos at the end of the film, just like we see in Marvel movies".
'Brahmastra - Part One: Shiva' stars Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna Akkineni.
'Brahmastra' is a three-part film franchise and the beginning of India's first original universe, the Astraverse.
It is a new original cinematic universe inspired by deeply rooted concepts and tales in Indian mythology but set in the modern world.
The biopic, titled "Padma Shri Kaur Singh’, has been the talk of the town ever since its announcement. The long-forgotten boxing legend, who was the only boxer in India to have entered the ring against boxing legend Muhammad Ali, once again came into the limelight-all thanks to the film.
Based on Dutch drama series Penoza, the crime thriller revolves around Aarya (Sushmita), who joins a mafia gang and turns into a don to take revenge for her husband's murder. The show's lead actor said: "It is a new dawn for Aarya Sareen, and she is fierce. In Season 3, she is going places and starting her own story free from the obstacles of her past."

Alia and Ranbir's friends from the industry such as Karan Johar, Parineeti Chopra, Rakul Preet Singh, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Tiger Shroff and Mouni Roy among many others took to the comment section to congratulate the couple. Alia and Ranbir met on the sets of 'Brahmastra' in 2018 and fell in love. The two got married in April 14.
From 'Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety' to the blockbuster of the year, 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2', T-Series and Kartik Aaryan have given the audiences some of the biggest successes and are all set to unite for 'Shehzada' too. Celebrating the historic success of their latest, Bhushan gifted the car to Kartik as a token of appreciation and gratitude.
The lyrics were: "Moose Wala naam dilan ute likheya, bhai khasa jor lag ju mituan vaaste" (Moose Wala's name has been written on heart, and it would not be easy to erase." A sea of people were seen cheering for Diljit as he mentioned Moosewala's name.
