In an interview, director Aatish Kapadia spoke about the film, "It was more of a responsibility than a challenge as people liked Khichdi 1 so much and people like Khichdi as a franchise so much that going above that is our responsibility... Now, when we watched it after edits, it felt that we played that responsibility well." So, buckle up, cinephiles; this is going to be a hilariously wild ride.
