Bollywood Offers Condolences To Aadesh Shrivastava's Family At Funeral

    Bollywood celebrities like Amitabh Bachchan, Anil Kapoor, Sonu Nigam and Alka Yagnik attended the funeral of music composer Aadesh Shrivastava on Saturday.
     
    The "Raajneeti" composer lost his battle to cancer on Saturday, a day after he turned 49. 
     
    Amitabh, who has featured in films like "Baabul" and "Baaghban" -- for which Shrivastava composed music -- was seen consoling his wife Vijayata Pandit at the funeral, held at the Oshiwara Crematorium here on Saturday afternoon. 
     
    Singers Pandit Jasraj, Udit Narayan, Javed Ali and Kunal Ganjawala; composers Ismail Darbar, Sajid-Wajid and Lalit Pandit; filmmakers Shekhar Kapur and Anees Bazmee, were also present at the venue.
     
    He had earlier battled with cancer in 2010 and his cancer relapsed for the third time.
