  • Bollywood hotties loves this QUEEN
It seems as if Bollywood has fallen head-over-heels for our very own ‘Rani’, played by Kangana Ranaut, from 'Queen'. Celebrities on the twitter-sphere, who saw the film at a special screening recently, have not stopped praising the film and Kangana for her ace performance in it. Personal reviews for the film, all good, have been traveling far and wide.

The gorgeous Dia Mirza tweeted, “I am so proud, excited and optimistic about how we are looking at our women in film! #Queen. I wasn't meant to watch it last night, but it beckoned me... It has been since I saw the first poster, then the trailer. #Queen.” Bollywood’s widely acclaimed directors, Abhishek Kapoor and Nikhil Advani, have poured their hearts out on the social networking platform. “Hearing supreme things about #Queen and Kangana. Vikas you score again. @raj_kumar31 I'm jealous we couldn't start our project”, said Director Nikhil Advani. A clearly impressed and definitely enthusiastic Abhishek Kapoor, tweeted “Just saw #queen , my friend vikas bahl has whacked it #outtathepark. The movie of the year is already here. Can’t miss this. #phantom.”

With Queen less than a week shy of its release, the fans’ excitement is scaling new heights. Bollywood’s out and out positive response has given a hint of what future holds for the movie.

“I saw #Queen two nights ago.. And it refuses to leave me.. Right up there with my fave films and Kangana is in top form.. loveddd..”, stated Huma Qureshi, who had many kind words to say. Actress Sonakshi Sinha, who seemed all excited and star struck after watching the film, tweeted, “Just watched QUEEN. Kangana is phenominal. Vikas what a film you've made. Congrats Phantom, and thank u for making such a film!!! Sona Thumakdi after watching:).” Sonakshi surely seems to be in love with Queen’s Shaadi song ‘London Thumakda’.

Queen is about a shy, simple girl from Rajauri, who has been dumped at the altar by her fiancé. However, she decides to go on her honeymoon, all alone. The movie is about her meeting new friends in an entirely new place, and having the time of her life. The movie also features Lisa Haydon and Rajkummar Rao in pivotal roles. Presented by Viacom 18 Motion Pictures, ‘Queen’ is a Phantom Production. The Kangana Ranaut starrer is directed by Vikas Bahl, and produced by Viacom18 Motion Pictures, Vikramaditya Motwane & Anurag Kashyap. Queen is scheduled for release on March 7, 2014.
